OB-06 has produced no liquefaction events. It has also produced the most anomalous mass readings of any fragment — the discrepancy-per-volume ratio suggests either that mass inconsistency and liquefaction potential are inversely related, or that the Lapidary's sample size (nine fragments) is not large enough to draw conclusions about the relationship between mass and event frequency.

The Lapidary notes that OB-06's mass is the most difficult property to explain to anyone outside the registry. A fragment that weighs as much as an adult human but fits on a small table is not a property that submits to casual description. The Lapidary has on three occasions attempted to share OB-06's measurements with external materials scientists as an anonymised query. All three scientists rejected the measurements as recording errors without examination.

The Lapidary has stopped consulting external scientists about the mass properties.
